Riot, thanks for the changes to the turrets.
The LCS became so boring to watch on early game, that early game race was just stupid. Especially that bot lane turrets won't be fortified will probably completely change everything.

What I find hilarious is the way they say "we're not trying to do away with lane swaps altogether" when that is exactly what they're doing, and furthermore, they're not even being remotely subtle about it. Not only is there a first blood ("first brick"?) reward for the first turret to go down (meaning that an "even trade" isn't a good strategy any more because if you're even slightly slower now the opponents get 400g), but now the top lane turrets take only half damage for the first 5 minutes while the bottom turrets don't even get the 35% reduction they used to any more, so any team that swaps their botlane up to the top is basically giving away free gold for nothing. I'm almost surprised they didn't go the whole hog and just make the top lane turrets invulnerable for the first 5 minutes.
You're happy with the changes because you think it'll make the games more interesting to watch, and you're probably right. But I'm just bothered by how blatantly Riot are trying to steer the meta- and more to the point, that they think we're stupid enough to believe them if they just say "no we're not". You've been caught with your hand in the cookie jar, Riot, you can't just say "what cookie jar?" and keep on munching!
