Riot must be so damn high smoking whatever they are that they think they can trick people with buffing towers by 300 HP but making Minions deal 25% more damage (50%/1.25=40% less damage to towers)

What they need now is a bit more durability and less means to cheese their resistances with Penetration. but hey, since 7.23 just came out less see how things are going.

I think this is an interesting direction. It will make it so that champions cannot push towers that well, but it also means large minion waves are dangerous even without a split-pusher.

I think it's really likely that this pushes the game back to a wave management style that feels like previous seasons of League. Remember when super waves were a thing? That's been awhile. Bet this change brings them back.

Yeah the wave management Part is gonna be pretty good when I think about it, I am just worried that players will just use it to merc towers as quick as they fall right now instead.

Well, technically it's just 20%. If minions did 100 damage previously, double that, then multiply that by 0.6, it's 120. But the point still stands that turrets are STILL a complete joke post-6.
