3v3 Flex Queue Ranked Issues

Why can we not pre-pick our champs in 3v3 ranked to show who we want to play before the player in position 1 instabans who you want
Why can't each person have a ban rather than 1 person having control of all of them?
Why can't we select our roles when queuing? Seeing some awful shit like people who just want to play mages have a garbage triple mage team that just gets run over because of people who dont say who they'll play and just autolock, while also just being able to do 1 role

Concept of solo/flex 3s is great but the execution of it is like queues were 2 years ago

3V3 flex queue isn't a "fixed" game mode yet. It's still preseason, and everything is subject to possible changes. Riot said that depending on the support received, 3v3 and 5v5 flex queue could be changed, from scheduling its avalability to completely removing 3v3 flex queue (in fact, 3v3 flex queue isn't implemented in all servers).

Regarding your post, ranked 3v3 games aren't supposed to be played solo,since it's a map which requires a lot of coordination to succeed. Yes, you can play solo, but the chances of facing a premade team of 3 are very high. And trust me, you won't be able to solo carry a game against a premade team who is communicating by voice, unless there is an abysmal difference in skill between the enemies and you. I mean, you can carry if you are Diamond and the premade enemy team is Silver-low Gold, for example.

3V3 soloq is still very young, it will need some time to see where it goes, and more important, to see if it receives enough support to stay alive.
