I have a lot to say about these stupid upcoming changes so bare with me .

Veigar --- Why are we nerfing Veigar in a first place ? Pick one of these Ahri Fizz Orianna Zed Morgana Leblanc Galio

Delay on stun . This reminds me the time Riot reworked Fiddle's fear to make people run away effectively destroying his combo . This will certainly kill Veigar's laning phase and late game utility by destroying his E>W>Q>R . This is clearly huge mistake by Riot and I expect them to admit it like they did with Fiddle .

Well why bother with lowering cooldown on W if we can't land it anymore ? It was difficult to land it with instant stun let alone with a 0.75 second delay .

I have no idea what RIot was thinking here . Veigar in lane can easily be harassed because he has to use his Q to farm AP therefor he can't fight back . This change will let enemy champions safely stand behind minion waves for any retaliation and farming with Q won't be nearly efficient . Further if enemy champion is behind minion wave they will be safe from Veigar's full combo .

**Ultimate **

Less damage for less mana . Do to Veigars passive his mana pull is not really a problem if you run some mana regen runes . Another Nerf.

Riot went too far with Veigar . It will kill the champion .

Zilean-- Loosing his global was a huge nerf reducing his team exp from 40% to 8-16%.

SO RIOT said this is a buff! Lets look at this buff shall we ?

Q will work like throwing Granade

It prioretizes champions but keep in mind that these skills are hard to land because of delay . This is not helping zilean with harass especially since this is HE'S ONLY DAMAGE SOURCE .

** No more CD reduction for ulti**

Wait this is a buff to Zilean? What ? WTF is this

Slow is 99% at max level

Ok thats nice but whos gona max out E over Bomb ? Its a buff but its gona take effect so late in game that it won't matter especially since its not even a stun!

**Ultimate **

So at max rank ultimate is 60 seconds now . This is at level 16 so this is a bit late for solo Q don't you think?

Overall I see this game destroying Zilean's early to mid game . How are you buffing champion by beating him to the ground .

Sona

Some people will debate on how Sona doing right now but in my opinion she is struggling in higher elo .

Notable riot increases her movement speed by 5 but i think the issues is inside her kit and not base stats .

I would like to see her kit having some strong buff for AD carry but currently she has to stay too close and buffs are too short .

Also I can't find anything about jungle changes . Please post link here if you get any info as its very important to a Tank main .

It still works like this and Fiddle got several nerfs since that time - and he's still pretty good.

While it is going to be harder to hit your enemies with Q - do not forget that now it can hit up to 2 units (like Lux snare). This means he will stack AP higher and I'd say this was a buff for him (double AP stacking will usually mean like 200+ AP per game from his Q passive).

Regardless - I believe that in general those changes are a nerf to Veigar. His combo will be unreliable now and will deal less damage unless he will farm significantly more AP. Especially his Early-mid game will be hurt - maybe in late the damage increase due to more AP will make him stronger though - but still not as reliable.

Now, he will still be playable, but in a bit worse state than he is right now (which is ironic considering that this was supposed to be a buff). Now, the guy who you skipped for some reason is really going to be unplayable, and that is Mordekaiser. Morde will, in short, deal less damage and be less tanky regardless of his build under nearly every circumstance (if his R DoT is active he will be slightly more tanky if he build full tank). And yes, this was supposed to be a compensation buff too (they did nothing to buff him, unlike in Veigar's case in which his late might have more damage than current one).

Why nurff fizz again? Riot seems to be hurting the wrong champions, in lcs these make sense, but not for solo Q.

Read the unofficial patch and of they nerf kassadin rift walk from 700 to 450 range good by to kassadin use. That riftwalk will be useless you cant get out of anything with that and super hard to engage with it. RIP KASSADIN

Bring back kassa ult range THIS IS PURE well i woud say something but i will not just from 700 TO 450 WTF your combo needs to be on top of them for W and E to deal dmg but noo why nerf a champ that's nerft for 10 times and not nerd DARIUS wtf rito plss come on bring back the range Kassadin in not a champ that you can play now BRING BACK THE RANGE same with Veigar what did you do to him hes like and fighter now doing dmg over time come on that just crap!!!
