Good Low Elo Top Laners
I just reached level 30, and finished my two rune pages. I like playing cc bruisers and perform pretty well on Poppy. For my journey to bronze five, I want a good low elo top laner. Any suggestions?

You can play anything top lane in low elo and just stomp your enemy if you play it correctly.
you can never go wrong with 
no skill brain-dead champ. Make sure to type ggez when you win so everyone will respect you more hehe xd.
These are a few I'm thinking of right now:
I'm not too knowledgeable about champions, but I want someone with decent base stats and late game.
so you just want cc and to be a lane bully?
Take a champion that snowballs good against low elo players

Don't take tanks like Sion. You can't rely on your teammates to help you while you tank
