Riven:

Has a shield, and is generic in every way, a lot of mobility and high burst melee AD champion.

Fiora:

has AOE heal in ult and on every vital hit, true damage, same genericy, alot of mobility and sustained damage.

Riven is feast or famine (MUST get fed early or useless) and Fiora is feast or feast (shes innately a late game champion so feeding early doesn't matter)

I would love for you to post your first riven game experience vs your first fiora game experience and tell me how it goes. From personal experience fiora is infinitely less mechanically intensive in every way shape and form due to her not actually having combos to perform or micro decision making. while the enemy can just walk away from fiora to move the vitals... the same goes for fiora her q always gain cd reduction as long as it hits something while rivens does not. you see where im going with this? rivens mobility and dmg is always gonna revolve around moderate length cd while fioras dmg and mobility kindve dont. tldr riven and fiora might have similar seeming strats and fighting styles in truth they only begin to unite towards late game. early game rivens cds are so long that she really has to choose her battles... unless they are gp just always all in a gp... fiora gets a free poke every couple of seconds depending on actions taking truly. wow i need to put more periods in there.

Incorrect. You have personal bias. You have a small sample size. There is no way to have a perfect comparison between the two champions because you played against different players and different champions. You also did not take into account who has the lower skill floor, but higher skill ceiling, but you just assumed Riven was easier.

Try and act like a smartass a little more, I would love to hand your ass to you.

He linked Fiora's then Riven's stats from the updated clients. (Fiona had 3 bars on her difficulty scale while Riven had 2)

Not to mention he simply listed Riot's "difficulty" curve for champions. All Riot is stating is how easy their base skills are to use, not the amount of skill actually required to play them.

And guess what, Riot isn't usually right about their champions and that's why their balance is pretty bad. They didn't even know what was the best stat for reworked Gangplank. "if I choose not to be right" talk about how you're not a smartass. Go talk some more. lul

Alright if fact dictates that yasuo is one of the hardest in the game but almost the entire community unanimously agrees that he isn't. who is right? the people who claim yasuo isn't one the most difficult champions to play or the people who say he is mlg status?

you can't pick up yasuo is one day and do amazing with, however you can get fed with riven facerolling the whole game, ability cancelling or anything like that has nothing to do with my perfect facts, you don't need aa cancels or ability cancels to faceroll with riven.

Just because u can face roll doesn't mean its a gg ez win. the only person riven can faceroll in lane and have a chance of even beating is a gp and thats because his laning is trash tier. riven in anything above silver has a hard time without champ mechanics. mainly because everybody and their mother knows riven without her combos or aa cancels is weaker than just about every other top laner that isnt gp. if u wanna talk of a real face-roller then talk about jayce.

Riven has to tryhard harder to do well. More complex mechanics and combos. Fiora you don't really have to try at all.

Riven is more bs than Fiora:

Riven has: no mana/energy/HP cost on abilities, high damage, dash, stun, shield, auto attack damage booster (ult), burst ranged ult, can play a fairly good semi-tank, and has knock up.

EDIT: oh yeah, and low cooldown on all abilities.
