Can we get new dialogue for old champions?

Some of the older champions like Morgana, Kayle, Teemo, Ashe, Riven, Shyvana, Leona and Lux, just to name a few, have anywhere from a just over a minute of dialogue all the way down to 40s of dialog. While people like Tahm, Aurelion, Kled and Jhin have 10-30 minutes of dialog. I feel at least adding a minute or two of dialogue to these older champions would help give them more character.
