Why is Kennen getting buffs on the PBE?

These changes appear to be trying to make people play him AP instead of on hit.

They haven't hit his base attack speed though which is one of the highest in the game.

Kennen's current problem is his powerful synergy with his AD Botrk builds. The buffs he's receiving in PBE is something which hopes to entice people into building him AP instead.

Wait for the actual patch and then read the notes and you will know their reasons.

Riot knew what to do with Kha'zix; idk why they can't get Kennen right.

They knew what to do with Kha'zix? They're giving him a massive buff to his isolation damage. If this change goes through, no one is going to be able to 1v1 him early so he'll be able to invade the enemy jungler at level 3 and fuck them. They fucked up both Kennen and Kha'zix.
