Give Udyr an auto attack reset on his Q and his R

Udyr is complete garbage compared to other junglers at the momment. Literally champs like kayn and hecarim can outfarm AND out gank udyr early game, and udyr stands no chance against those champions because he gets outscaled too because he doesn't have an ult like hecarim or the undying part of red kayn, and its impossible to gank good players as udyr, and even if he sits in his jungle to farm, the enemy kayn or hecarim could litearlly out gank while out farming because of how good they are at clearing camps, and this gives udyr nothing to work with. Why do other broken champions like sivir get an auto reset on w while udyr gets nothing at all while being completely useless? Since udyr is so weak atm sitting at tier 5 on op.gg, while giving him an auto reset on Q and R wouldn't make him top tier, it would certainly help to make the champion actually viable in high elo compared to kayn and hecarim, champions that can out farm and out gank udyr at the same time. In my opinion, giving udyr an auto reset on his q and R is way more important than giving him lvl 6 skills.
