Zoe as 'support'

I don't mind her damage being absurd or even the fact that she's leeching summoner spells from you if you use them near her but her CC ability, Sleepy Trouble Bubble, I don't think was balanced with support in mind. The spell can be downright devastating whether you land it or not because it doubles as a strong zoning tool.

Any thoughts?
