Just got from bronze 2 back into 1 for the 6th or so time. First game I play, we lose. This happens every time. I looks at these people's ranks, and they are the same or lower than mine, yet they play like fucking gold+ players making my games impossible to win. Why is this? Why is it that bronze 2 feels like bronze 5, but bronze 1 feels like fucking plat 1?

No fair, it's like you're real people or something.
If the change in difficulty is really as stark as you are suggesting though it might just be randomness (ie you are just happening to have bad games right after you get into bronze 1 for no reason other than chance), since it should be a gradual change.
It doesn't mean you can't improve at the game, it's just how the ranking system works. When games start to get more difficult, it's indicative that you are approaching your real ranking.
Looks like you just need to improve. No big deal, just takes time and practice.
Division 1 rankings are always more difficult due to people being close to the next rank and trying much harder than they normally would. What you're experiencing is what Silver 2-5 play is like rather than gold-plat. Once you can jump that hump you can start your slow climb to s1 where it suddenly gets harder again.
I am not allowed to get promoted. Everytime in my promos i get incredibly stupid and their team gets guidance of military grade. I only managed to get from b5 to b3 by flicking personalities.
Honestly, it's just bad luck. That's simply not how matchmaking works - you don't get matched only with B1 because you are B1, or only with B2 because you are B2. You get matched based on your hidden matchmaking rank. You still get the same games that you would after the same wins and losses regardless of rank. Some people get failed series or quick demotions out of bad luck often enough to be regularly matched with/against people several ranks higher (a full division would be extreme, but 1-2 levels isn't). If you keep win more than you lose your MMR will go up. If your MMR goes up, you gain more LP for wins and lose less for losses - it's even if you have the average MMR for you rank, disadvantaged if you have a lower MMR than your rank, advantaged if you have a higher than average MMR for your rank. Better MMR = easier climbing (if you can still win).
I have to remind myself of this daily, being at the bottom of bronze. I climbed out of bronze 5 winning 4 out of 5 games since placements, and then got demoted again only because in bronze 4 I lose 21 LP or gain 10 and had a slightly unlucky streak. In Bronze 5 I'm even (15/15). But as long as I keep winning my MMR will go up and next time I promote maybe my LP will be more even and I won't get demoted again. (I'm only winning 2 out of 3 now though, maybe I'm on tilt, heh. I was almost certainly on tilt in placements where only won 3 out of 7 and one of those wins was purely being carried... or maybe it was just the craziness of season opening. Either way I trashed my MMR and my rank.)

Here is some quick advice for B1:
Pick ONE champion that is extremely versatile (I used Annie). I would play Annie: Mid, APC, Support, or Top. Only Jungle I would have to switch up to a back-up.
MASTER that champion; play nothing but.
Focus more on not-dying than getting fed. Especially in Bronze this can be a game changer. Focus more on CS then getting killed. If you don't feed and farm you will be a late game powerhouse; and there WILL be a late game since you didn't feed.
Once game hits the 20 min mark make sure you are always with your team. Those 4v5 fights cause "that one guy was farming top" can end games very quickly.

I got from Gold I to plat III in 10 games. Then, I'm stuck in Plat III for 35 games. Do you have any advice about how to get back. I'm not doing good since I'm Plat III.
i feel u i ve had same problem been playing for about 6 months figuree i try ranked this season out of promos got b3 was like ok.then lost every match til i hit b5 :( then i climb out of b5 in a couple days only ti lose evry game when u get b4 its really annoying climbing back up again from a rank that is so freakin easy.makes u bored and not wanna play for fear of having to do it all over again cause a lot of ppl are bad at this game (maybe me too).
Bronze feels nothing like Plat.
The one thing I notice about these comments are how I can get better...I am clearly no pro but every time I get out of b5 into b4 I always get people on my team who feed and like this threads creator makes me feeling like I am playing against GODS! This has happened 10 times...just to do it again. Even if I get fed and cs well or whatever it makes no difference. I have been playing this game since season 3 on and off because I travel, but this is getting retarded. I first qualified for s5 last season and b5 this season lol... I assume because my mmr is crap. I just want to get back to silver
