It's completely fucking overtuned and a huge pain in the fucking ass to play against. You guys reworked the fucking champion for a reason, so why go back to her shitty roots?
Why not when things like teamplay have so much focus and 
is in the meta but then rank 1 with 
is so simple to gain as we have seen lb needed to comeback to put some counterplay in place for things with scaling. Lb is just soemthing you need to learn to play against. Y’all complain more about Leblanc but then when Azir’s in the meta who can torture her everyone’s like nerf azir too op too op! Serriously has this community ever expressed gratitude for things or just gotten rid of anything fun b/c it’s some how to strong and b/c you can’t play against it they need to nerf it and this is why things like Dota 2 make more sense of classifying as a moba b/c I can play vs phantom and win for all I care is stop complaining especially about Leblanc she’s deserves her time for she was nerfed the last season like azir
You know another champion like this? Fizz also has the exact same stuff going on when he hops away and you can't hit him because of the invulnerability. I'm also unsure, but I think Talon's parkour also doesn't let him be damaged in the air. Kinda lame they have that much mobility and are assassins. Riot should be removing invulnerability and let you hit them during their escapes. It's too much to ask for counterplay probably though.
