Players should be allow to Leave a game after a certain amount of time. Really

So most average game now are about 25min - 35min

When anyone spend 45min+ in a game, that duration is just too long and some players get stress and tilted or even tired of playing that game especially when they're losing already but the enemy team is just so bad they don't know how to end, and your team is worst because they allow a bad a team to stomp them.

I don't like surrendering but if I'm the only one trying to win while my team is jerking each other. Why would I want to keep playing. I'm just a hostage force to keep clicking my mouse until the game end.

I don't care if it possible to win super late game, when it reaches that long amount of time, my team definitely don't deserve the LP. Especially the one that don't even try or the one that shouldn't even be in my game in the first place because Riot's match making is unbalance.

Because players cannot quit or leave the game, they choose to afk in the jungle or just int so the enemy can end quickly.

Seriously tho what's the point of winning a 60min game if you only get 20LP lmao, especially if your MMR is shit, you'll earn less than 20LP

Just go next, you'll prolly have a better chance at winning your next 2 game before that game is over anyway.

I agree with Bean. You are aware that sometimes games go past 30 minutes if you're not okay with that then don't play.

I can see where you are coming from about this, but I don't think you've gone after the issue in the right way. This is just going to elicit negative responses.

IMO there should be a scaling surrender vote, so at 10/15 minutes it takes unanimous surrender, at 20 minutes a majority of 4, and at 30 minutes a majority of 3. This would hinder the ability for duos to troll their team and hold them hostage.

Option to quit at the 1hr 40 min mark would be good imo for the few games people abuse to trap people in the 6hr+ long games. Other than those edge case clear abuse situations (in which the abusers should really be permad), you signed up for the game. 1hr is entirely reasonable.

I'd say make this an option for Ranked: After 10 mins, anyone can leave at any time. Period. But if you leave without normal surrender vote then you lose 1.5x LP, the remaining players get bonus LP if they win based on how long you're playing with the disadvantage. (say, a minimum of 5 mins to prevent "leave right before victory" abuse case) Make no mistake, I'm all for playing to win and trying until the Nexus explodes, but I also know there's a bunch of times when you get people that will either actively grief or be negative enough that their contribution is minimal at best to where I don't think you lose much if they're gone.

But ultimately, this is why solo-q NEEDS some kind of individual scoring to it, because you really can't "force" teamwork.

I like this idea, kinda 60 mins is too short and would be stupid 120 mins is a good time for this to be acceptable as, this usually means a game is being held hostage. But only for incredibly long games like the ones the Oceania challengers make.
