Simple question. Is the rune too strong?
By my 1st recall i note my enemy tends to have gotten 300 g from the rune even tho i typically avoid them trading or poking me deliberately on account of the rune (Unless my rune and situation out values klepto). So i was wondering why if it's the premiere cheesing rune why does it feel so strong? Legit once the champion/match up can abuse it, then it just feels superior to anything else.
Gold generation is already excessively high which influences how bursty everything feels now.
Tanks tend towards lower cost items and hypercarries need big buys to come online but Klepto GP and Ez bypass this entirely and get to complete 
faster thah tanks get Sunfires and Tabi....
I feel like it's 100% a can i exploit this rune. If you can it's one of best in slot. If not it's worst in slot.
It's literally a stat rune and not a strat rune if you get what I'm saying.
