That passive and ultimate aren't gonna fix themselves. Being completely immune to being 100-0'd and being able to destroy fight interactivity from your target's allies is REALLY annoying and has no ready solution available to handle it.
So where's that Poppy rework?

And exactly what is toxic in that? Since the marked enemy can still interact with Poppy, she still has no gapcloser, a conditional stun and needs a ton of farm to be effective. And if she completes all 3 of thoose and kills her target then what? Shouldn't she get her well deserved reward for playing well? Or only Zed and Leblanc are allowed to get kills in this game?
Pls tell us a valid reason instead of spitting the same shit what riot shat in ur mouth.
