I'm worried/excited for Talon's RW

I'm excited because my favorite champion for seasons now might become even more viable, and badass than before.

I'm worried because I'm afraid they'll make him to strong, making him Fotm, a perma ban, then getting nerfed into uselessness.

I know it sounds silly, but riot has almost messed up every rework, in terms of making them truly stable.

Thoughts?
