@Meddler Please clarify something on Mordekaiser

His Creeping Death change states it wont deal damage unless both champs are on top of the target.

What if Mord is on a solo lane and Ws himself? Will it deal damage?

What if he Ws a Minion? Will he need the Minion's W to deal the damage?

What if his W'ed ally dies? Will Mord be able to deal damage with W by himself?

Edit: wtf who the hell downvoted? I wanna know if i can still play Mord on a solo lane because our actual ADC refused to go solo.

I actually want to know this too. Using W for damage is pretty important in solo lane Morde, because you can stand in a minion wave and use it to get both resistances, and shield to fend off enemy harass, and is very strong if they try to all-in you there. It'd be nice if someone could come in and talk about this change, and why it happened.
