how has it changed? did they universally decrease energy consumption? or increase all mana costs?
EndlessSorcerer1 votesThey changed how mana regeneration items work and blue buff's duration. Mana-using mages can no longer ignore the majority of their mana costs after buying Athene's Unholy Grail, so manaless champions have become stronger in comparison than they were previously.
