Since we all know Devourer was too strong when it started at 40 damage, 30 sounds a little more appropriate given how it's a weak pick right now. Not a huge buff, but enough to give you a reasonable reward just for completing it.

Darth Pixy Misa1 votesWit's End is fine, For 2500 it does 42 magic damage on hit and +50% attack speed. I don't see why Devourer can't be boosted to 35 or 40. Ranger's Trailblazer - Devourer is 2250 and even if it was boosted to 40 it is basicaly inferior to Wits end since with Wit's end you get MR and steal MR from your targets.
