Here's a thing, can we change karma to not have a % missing hp heal?

Ok so a Karma is beating you in lane by bullying you and for some reason you're not avoiding her q, even then Karma does not provide the same effects of a tanky engage top laner,use that to your advantage.

So in your match where you got no counterplayed by a Karma,your Elise and Heimer both rushed Dark seal and failed with it,Heimer didnt even buy mana till way into the match,and you had a support Urgot.

I think Karma should have a flat heal instead of a missing hp heal, or maybe some kind of mix of the 2 which doesn't encourage building hp over ap. At the moment all of Karma's mantras want different builds to be effective:

RQ - AP and Mpen (Mage) RW - HP and heal multipliers (Tank) RE - AP and shield multipliers (Support)

I could suggest a few melees champions that trash her easily if you're interested.
