The whole "we'll touch him/her when we do X clad update" thing is not working out

aatrox, nasus , garen , karthus , Morgana and perhaps other champions in desperate need of a gameplay update will be looked at when their respective classes will be updated. Which could mean that at least 2 of em will not be updated for another whole year or two!

Why update entire classes, where you feel pressured to update champions who don't really need it ( eg velkoz) especially when other champions greatly in need of an update are in wait ???

Those champions are not up for full VGUs , so they don't need individual updates ; but their gameplay sure feels outdated and in need of a good touch up. Why not just make an update for all of those champs and be done with it since those champs are in a pretty desperate situation ?

I mean if garen and nasus wait for the next juggernaut update ... They will be updated in 2-3 years , which is insane and very disappointing for the players

I believe VELKOZ needed the update. Just not as badly as the other champions you listened above.

Yes that's exactly what I meant . Why force champions into updates fromn which yes , they will benefit from , but don't really need ;When there is others that desperately need them.

To answer part of your question, they want to wait for some of the champions be a use they do have a class update scheduled already.

And as a general response, reworking a champion isn't as easy as saying "Who needs an update?" Then sitting out an update for said champion. It has to make sense thematically, or involve a change in theme (which is a whole other nightmare). It has to be balanced, not only in the current meta, but in the meta to come.

Lastly, WE need to understand that those at Riot actually have a plan. Believe me, they do not just work on the next patch. In fact, I would bet that only a small portion of Riot employees are working on the next patch or even the following, and those are just fixing unintended bugs that come from in-house testing and the PBE.
