I recently saw a season 1 veteran and big youtuber and excellent high caliber player quit league. Yes I'm talking about SoloRenekton only. He said that it's not because of dynamic Q or whatever but i call BS, the fact that he no longer feels compelled to play the game speaks for itself. Shaclone on the other hand straight up said that he is finding it hard to enjoy playing the game so he will stop playing it. ( shaclone is a season 2 vet)

How many hard core players do u have to disapoint to understand that dynamic Q is nto worth it ?

People don't enjoy getting stomped by premades and then receive demotion notices. it just gets you down, It ruins your day. Also this season's balance has been a roller coaster ride ( one of those that grade 6 physics students make that get a D-) :

  • toplane has been a bloody mess from rageblade jaxes, to fiora fests, to quinn spams, to mundo rampages, to tank akali, fizz and ekko attrocities.
  • mid lane hasnt seen half of its champion pool cuz of zed leblanc and azir being able to outclass everythign and everyone. -jungle was pretty much kindred, shyvanna devo, udyr runich echoes, graves and nidalee shitting on everyone else.
  • supports have been struggling and unfun to play for the majority of the season.
  • We actually saw every ad carry dominate this season! ( except Urgot and Varus) gj on that !

You are killing your own game riot. No one else just you.

Shaclone isn't having fun because people are ghosting his stream and ruining his games, which is kind of his own fault anyway

Did he actually say that ? I recall him saying he struggles to enjoy the game right now . He rarely encounters ghosters.

No game will last forever. The game would be dead long time without the regular updates and the new champions releases.

I find it pretty funny that players feel that this game is life. I mean, does anyone ever consider that maybe these players just lost interest in the game because of other things going on in their lives? Maybe another game caught their attention and they've spent so much time getting hooked onto that game that League just became forgotten over time? Maybe something big happened in their life that overshadowed League so they decided to not play at all? Or maybe their just tired of the game since they've been playing it for so long and decided to call it quits?

I'm not saying Dynamic Queue doesn't have its issues. But to blame everything that happens with/in/about this game, following the release of Dynamic Queue is just ridiculous. Some people just have things they consider more important/worth their time than League. It's called "moving on".

These threads only ever get comments from the stupid kids who think they can say there are new players joining this game everyday. Which isn't anywhere near as true as it used to be.

The kids who have taken this game over, think that statistics from 3 years ago are still valid today. They also think they can make false claims without evidence. Just joining a game as a level 1 and playing up to level 10, will show you how many new players there are joining the game.

This game is purely bots and trolls now.

when I make a smurf I see tons of new players. But you will get bots and trolls if you get shat on even by bad new players lol

actually riot is expanding into new countries. Did you think things would just stay the same? They can stand to lose a few thousand popular players.

Its best to keep arguments against DQ objective an onpoint. this kind of argument doesn't really measure up to the urgency of immediate functionality. Players perceive what could easily be a good thing as a bad thing all the time.
