I just realised sommething about Shen and Kog'maw

Shen's EMPOWERED Q( when u drag the sword through ppl) does 3 autos worth of 6% max hp in magic dmg. meanwhile Kog'Maw W gets unlimited autos worth of 7% max HP magic dmg.

and then you wonder why Shen is trash in soloQ ( 47% WR) or why kog'maw is building tank. ( also 55% WR; highest of all ADCs)

Now before you jump on me with the " Shen is a tank and Kog is an AD carry he should be doing more damage" card. you need to understand that we are talking about base damages here. damage your champion carries around without any items to scale it. Base damages is what tanks should have plenty of and AD carries shouldn't have much of. This way they are forced to build damage to make it scale.

I recommend you revert the last round of kogmaw buffs and instead give him back the no mana cost W everyone asked for when you reverted his rework instead of the stupid W base dmg buffs he got.

As for Shen , keep staple Q at 4% max HP, but reward him for a better empowered Q when he earns it with 8% max HP instead of the measly 6.
