Ok If your like me and care about the game's balance and what others think, you have probably been keeping up with this thread.

I wanted to make sure I had read everyone else's changes before I suggested my own so I wouldn't waste a comment by repeating someone else's, or just go over a similar topic or comment on a champion that had already received much attention.

Problem is, that takes time, and I didn't kno that there was a dead line...

So I'm in a tough spot, because it would have been hard for someone who posted at the end to get many upvotes anyways

Moving on im going to post the change I would have suggested in CaptainMårvelous's in the comments if things would have worked out differently.

IDK maybe anyone else who missed out can post something too, but remember the rules are the same.

"While LeBlanc's update for the Assassin Update was largely viewed as mistep in the direction of counter play we largely believe that it was a step in the RIGHT direction in terms of theme as her Ultimate and interaction with abilities really allowed LeBlanc players to tap into a playstyle that allowed them to deceive and misdirect their opponents.

We would like to bring that back because we believe there can be more to LeBlanc than just bursting down her opponents from a distance, while this can be fun it offers little interaction, chance of action/reaction or fun for the opponent. This is why we initially tried to place a delay on her damage. But unlike other Assassins during the update we failed at the same time to preserve the fun of her kit, and worse we failed to really bring out all we could with her theme.

This time we would like to introduce a delay to Leblanc's damage that DOESN'T hinder her and in fact can enhance her. While LeBlanc will have to wait a bit to unleash her full damage potential, she will gain some new effects which she can use to misdirect her opponents EVEN more, additionally should she chose to LeBlanc doesn't have to wait to unleash her combo, and infact can set it up in advance.

The most important thing is that her full damage on a target isn't dependent on a timer on that target running down which discourages her attacking them. This was the worst part and now its removed."

"This way LeBlanc is encouraged to be creative for/while waiting, and its not just like, aw man now I gotta wait," and her damage on a target isn't completely negated by having to wait, its just that LeBlanc will get MORE damage by being creative with misdirection and since misdirection takes patience and time, the delay on the Sigil's activation is totally natural as it gives them time to set up their prey. Additionally this passive has the benefit of not just TELLING the enemy to basically just disengage until the mark wears off which was probably the worst offender for why the Assassin rework passive felt so bad for Leblanc Players. Without using her passive LeBlanc should be able to bring her opponents low, but using her passive should make Assassinations much easier."

Now there were many other changes I would have loved to suggest

Such as changing Kai'sa a bit: Kai'sa Q becomes a single missile skillshot that passively builds up stacks of missiles from landing Q's skill shots. Holding Q releases a swarm of the built up missiles that evenly distributes among nearby enemies. Q stores bonus bullets from hitting enemy champions.

Addressing Vayne's ability to take out tanks while having a kit that encourages playing like an assassin to take out squishies

Changing Pantheons unit target dash stun (that stuns on cast not on arrival at target unit), into something else more healthy, (but lets just wait for his rework)

But I felt that LeBlanc's Passive for the Assassin update just didn't do her justice, and its sad to see such an awesome kit get reverted due to the fact that the passive didn't live up to LeBlanc players expectations. So thats why i would choose to submit it instead of changes to Kai'sa, Vayne, or Pantheon.

Oh and did I mention she can use her Mimic to use the proximity radius on the Sigil?

So if she used Q in top lane then leaves she can cast R and send a mimic back to top lane and then cast another ability at the Sigil's location even if the REAL LeBlanc isn't within the Effect Radius she can use her Mimic's location in her stead.

oh GOSH i just realized that with this new version the Mimic from R can proc the Passive Sigil when it dissapears....

OH GOSH... that means u can think you killed her, and then SURPRISE it was actually the Mimic! But then LeBlanc can cast W on the Sigil and its like either she went invisble for a sec, OR she didn't actually die!

And worse yet LeBlanc can cast W on a Sigil WHILE Mimic is active and have THREE LeBlancs on the map at once...my mind is melting with the possibilities, what have i done, what have i created?

Side note, im also working on 2 champion concepts and a rotating game mode concept called Hunt (which will be based off Evolve/Monster Hunter)

if u feel like it you could help make sure those are smooth as well
