Tanky supports could buy this instead of banshee veil or something and now can help push turrets in lane. Even if the voidlings give money and xp, the voidlings may not even be targeted and at full builds on both sides there ISN'T a reason not to have this item and have extra minions because money and xp don't matter.

asktiks1 voteshes trying to say that by the time you can theoretically complete this item and take it out, money and xp are somewhat a non factor seeing as you are probably gonna be past midgame where team fights and objectives are what matter , most anyone have finished their core builds and have moved on from farming lanes so yeah at that point money and xp are not that important anyways
