nerf hecarims base dmg(to champs only) and give him more scaling

nerf triforce so bruisers dont oneshot you with one dmg item while being nigh unkillable other than 3v1

make assassins the counter to adcs instead of a tanky diver doing it better from lvl 3 to the end of the game

add more skill based counterplay in the form of item passives and actives, like a melee item giving a 300 range aa on a youmuus cd if he meets a condition(cant start out with it has to be activated in the middle of a fight or assassination)

instead of zhonyas being a huge no counterplay assassin/diver cockblock if theres any teammates around why not make a 1v1 ap where if you activate it you gain dmg mitigation for a single aa

rework crit into a more penetrating aa for adcs with slightly more dmg that wont onehit squishies, rework yasuo into a bruiser or assin based on ad and cdr instead of crit, balance shaco completely around ap and vgu trynd

halve the talon w delay at lvl 16 , make edge of night channel as you cast abilities and only cacnel if you take dmg

make a 5 split mastery trr balanced around eachrole and the keystones dont give dmg but utility advantages to outplay your opponent

assassins can recieve a mastery called something like deathbringer where if there are no nearby team mates and they land 3 abilites on an enemy instead of the tld dmg they cant get extra movespeed towards the target or the enhanced range aA (melee only)

mages can get one where if they land a non targeted cc thier skilkshots travel faster or some buff of the sort

adcs should get something like the more aas they do and are alive for the better they get, but not fervor

tanks should be rewarded for tanking multiple enemys(but shit at 1v1s) so they can get something of the sort

supports can get something thats supportive but makes them more fun , like, like champions they cc take more aa dmg from only thier teammates

also thornmail should keep the armor but instead of consisten anti auto tpower that riot cant make too strong make it a clearly telegraphed active where a tank could channel with a blue aura for 6 seconds and maybe an amount per aa he tanked in the duration

note im a silver scrub with no real balance knowlege so some of this might seem busted but will never be in the game anyways

the deathbringer mastery is a thing, its called stormraiders and its key for some assassins, I love it on Khazix

This one is because you need more like garens W on an item.

They already have that in the tank tree, you get more armor and mr based off of # of enemy champions
