Why is allowed to proc Kleptomancy with her vessel and not have to worry about getting close with it.

This almost reminds me when Illaoi was used as support to proc line when it executed the vessel because of its passive.

I know i could say more about its broken interaction towards other champions but i think Kleptomancy is just a mess of a rune that just needs a lot of fixing compared to many current runes.

I wouldn't be surprised rito plans on reworking that rune to prevent so many toxic interactions.

And you know what? I don't think that's super broken. She has to land a fairly difficult (not long range, thick, doesn't pass over creeps, long cooldown) to get a couple of klepto procs; it's far from a huge balance concern, imo.

Agree completely. Ezreal Q and gangplank Q are much larger problems.

i know its not that broken but right now Illaoi is the 2nd best top laner (52.4% win rate with 7.23 play rate) at the time being because of kleptomancy. 1st is not that surprising because of the interaction because of Kleptomancy Gangplank (52.6% win rate with 10.03 play rate) is a problem because of his late game power is easier to get out of gold because of the whole RNG of all of Klepto's problem. Which i think is real problem is his q can proc klepto with ease. item 2319 is too good of the item and it made me wonder why it exist.
