Just a quick question.

Do you consider attempting to frustrate opponents a legitimate strategy to winning the game? Is this against the rules?

Just curious what the official stance on this is.

No. Getting in your enemy's head is the goal of everything competitive lol. You kill the enemy and you gotta let them know that you just killed them. Enemy have shitty cs? Better "lel nice cs i remember my first pvp game" at them.

It's not reportable. As long as you don't spam chat with insults and shit you're good.
