"DRAVENS DAY" wasn't that bad but the community can be so fucking spoiled and stupid it disgust me... You basically hate something because you didn't get your way.... I'm tired of seeing "WE WUNT URF GUYS11" even though **Riot **said "Urf isn't coming back on April fools day"

I understand most of the community is children but for the people who aren't :

Yes! "Spoiled" I think you used that word exactly right. I like Urf, too, but then again all the whining is really not needed BECAUSE IT WAS TOLD BEFORE HAND. We'll be able to play the mode, sooner or later.

You don't seem to understand how companies work. If you don't complain when they mess up, they won't understand what they did wrong.

I disliked the "mode" immensely and it has nothing to do with not getting URF. It has everything to do with it being poorly done, annoying, and a cause of latency issues.

The lack of effort was what got to me as well. While I'll admit the Draven heads was funny...for like 1 game but nothing that should of been planned to drag out for like 3 days. Also yes they did say that we wouldn't get URF for April 1st, but other than the fact that they said that last year, they also kept saying April 1st so I (and I'm assuming a lot of other people) were thinking that it was going to come today since it's the 2nd, but guess not.

While yes we will get urf in the rotational game at least 2 times this year, but with each time only being like 2-3 days each, that would be only like 5 days this year. Also with the rotational modes only happening on the weekends, what about the people who are generally busy on the weekends and only actually have time to play during the week days? Do they just miss out on urf and every other game mode because Riot decided to only have each game mode show up for 2 days a week, instead of the whole week?

Some people were actually really looking forward to urf and I saw some people even said that they took a day or 2 off of work just to play it. What about the people that took a break from league and was planning on jumping on just for urf? Since we didn't get it, they'll probably just log off and wait for it to show up in the rotational que which other than the fact we don't know when or how long that'll be, but we don't even know how much of a heads up we'll get before hand.

Another reason people were also mad was because of the lack of responses or anything. No one from Riot made a post, or responded to other post and just feels like they're trying to ignore everyone. Even if it's something small like making a post on April 1st to tell or remind everyone that we won't get urf or whatever, they just kept quiet and let the community rage at each other for 2 days.

People are angry because the event felt like it could of been way better.

My complaint is the total lack of effort put into the event itself. The Draven head addons were horribly done and there was no special game-mode to really spread the spirit of community togetherness and fun.

Ultimately that is the Heart of why everyone is angry, disappointed, or sad. URF was a just a balls to the walls crazy fun gamemode that people of all sorts of personalities and play-styles enjoys. Not everyone wants to see Draven when traditionally for the last two years april fools heralded a whole new side of league of legends and really did bring the community together for an exciting annual event.

Also just to add on, riot insinuated last year that Urf wasn't coming around either and still sprung it onto the game (much to the delight of the masses) so while not totally justified for that reason alone, the disappointment of people is completely understandable.

i think the problem was, that april first was not a community event, but a sales event.

they used it to advertise special skins like they always do, but it was missing the part where it had a temporary gamemode that people can enjoy even when they dodnt buy anything, like the other events.

I guess to me the whole draven thing was like somebody farting in the middle of a bunch of people. I just picture Riot snickering to themselves about their Draven fart, and the community is just like "Dude, that's not funny, please don't do that again"
