Miss Fortune needs a update

Right now I think only Arcade has particle effects. That is the reason i Got arcade instead of Mafia when Arcade came out. MF has a older model and could use a update, but she needs a gameplay update.

How silly her ult is with ad causing mag dmg, and ap causing phy dmg..... That the Ult does little damage, natural / any armor + Mr reduce the damage a lot, and the base damage is bad. For the Ult to have any effect more that 4 shots have to hit. Notice how when the ult is used you see a lot of 40s and 60s from it. How hard it is to itemize for MF. I like the idea of mixed damage with thornmail out there, but it could be easier to handle How there are few item options for Hybrid Chars. That Strut is broken by everything. Notice how in the video Make it rain does 4-7 damage per tick to most things.

The other major issue with MF too is she has no real escape, she doesn't fit anywhere in this meta. Her weirdness too is her W makes her Ult hit harder, but at the same time why you need to use 2 abilities at once is horrid for an Ult. It's cone effect isn't a very wide range (width) with the amount of CC and escapes that this game now has, so no one really "soaks" inside the ult without either her getting stunned or them simply moving out of it.

This is why Curse of the Bullet Time was fantastic, but it's been so nerfed down it's not a thing anymore. She does need a rework. I love her so much but she just vanishes midgame and never comes back.

An update* Use "an" if the following word starts with a vowel. Example: I captured an Abra. Use "a" if the following word starts with a consonant. Example: I captured a Pokemon.

Build her as a straight ADC. She's still extremely good, with notable strengths and weaknesses. Her ult can still rip carries if you position well. Make it Rain is used for the slow, not the damage. Strut could definitely be buffed so it's no longer disabled on minions hitting you, but only at a later level (9~) and monsters as well (lv 14~?)

Exactly, she's still an extremely good ADC. She has very high damage, the thing is that she is sort of immobile. She is strong throughout the game, particularly early and mid, but still can be a very high late game threat.

The only buffs she needs is to make her passive have less room for counterplay and have more relevancy (she technically has 3 passives though, but I'm talking about her main one.) after early game. It makes her good for dodging, roaming, and getting to lane but it loses most value after early game.

Miss Fortune easily has some of the highest ADC damage with her W passive giving her +6% AD that can stack up to +48% AD on each auto attack, doing magic damage (which is insane if you realize how much she can counter tanks like Taric for example.) and she punishes people very hard for poor positioning in teamfights, such as her ultimate which can win games alone if the enemy makes a mistake. She all in all is a very high damage output and I think she's similar to Kog'Maw. If you protect her, she can rip apart the enemy team quite easily but she's also very immobile and can only kite with slows.
