So Rakan is basically tank Ekko without the stupid damage.
And honestly? I like having a mobile tank.

I feel it's more effective to build to heal and shield over soaking up damage.
Leave Alistar, Braum, Leona, Tahm Kench and the like to sponge up. Also I only got 5 games on him so far, first 2 losses next 3 wins.
