Tristana top lane - more off-meta talk
This was an idea that has popped up every now and again. And I am wondering, (given the talk of Ziggs bot is coming up), whether it could be re-considered. I was looking at the runes and masteries, and I'm getting the feeling that a tankish Tristiana could be worth a shot. Reasons:
- She is falling out of favour in the bottom. Regularly appearing the bottom half of adcs on Champion.gg.
- She has weak chemistry with most of the supports. (See Lolking's synergy table.
- Previous experiments with this off-meta idea have been fairly successful. For example, Boxbox's experiment as shown on Youtube.
- Siegemaster, which came in recently, looks pretty good for an adc top.
- Rocket Jump could be useful as an escape tool when working alone up top.
- Lastly, Tristiana in the past was regarded as a bit of an anti-tank adc.
