Chalice of Harmony and all the recipes made from this item are broken in terms or mana regen.
It gives the old passive combined with new "50% Base Mana Regen", resulting in amount of mana regen such as 60/5s at level 10. And when it's combined with mana potion it rises up to 160/5s or ever more!

Wheatloaf1 votesIt's supposed to have a new passive that regens 1.5% of your max mana per 5 seconds, and the 50% bonus regen is supposed to only apply to the champion's base and per-level stats. This doesn't mean it isn't bugged, or that it's properly balanced, but I'm pretty sure they were trying to nerf it. I'll look at it when I get the chance.

LaughingStapler1 votesI heard this is true too lol. The game has many bugs now. For example, I often have visual glitches where my champion appears to have blue buff but checking the buff icons on the left side shows I don't.
Eniripsa961 votesDoing some math, it seems like it regens by 1.5% missing mana per second, rather than per 5 seconds as well.
