If you actually enjoy the game right now...

...then good for you, play it if you have fun in it. But please, don't come here on the boards just to insult those who dosen't anymore. There's an exponentially increasing number of posts here about players who don't have any fun at all anymore in the game, and there's always a group of players who'll tell the autors of those post that they are whiny b!tches who can't enjoy anything or that they will always complain whatever happens. If you, as an individual, enjoy the game in this unstable state, then you should play it, period. Those who don't will either try to make the game change or simply quit, don't try to negate their opinions by denying their seriousness. Their opinions counts as much as yours, you enjoying a lot the current game state isn't a valid reason for Riot to ignore those who asks for serious changes.
