Teleport was being taken far too often when it had a 3.5s channel time, so RIOT nerfed it to 4s. Then again to 4.5.
Then, because it was STILL being taken over Ignite...RIOT buffed Ignite to do an absolutely absurd amount of damage.
Now, come preseason, they're buffing TP to a 4s channel time again?
Where's the logic in this?

you forgot they increased the cooldown on it to which successfully made more champs take ignite top lane. The reality is some champs no matter how bad TP is still more useful for them than ignite so endlessly nerfing TP does nothing to those champs and those are the ones not taking ignite atm
I wont ever take TP again. I get lvl 1/2 kills every game with ignite. Its so busted its not even funny.
