Can we remove the 25% Crit damage bonus in URF?

Eh, it's the only way I can somewhat enjoy Critplank like back in the old days.
i mean its supposed to be URF a ability sling fest. not a hyper carry becomes god-er at late game. with amplified abilities. how is it fair that adcs get reduced cooldowns with unfair damage proportions. they have to give up some of their damage for their ability spam or take away their ability spam for that power booster. either way theres no reason adcs should be able to spam abilities and do hyper ADC on steroids damage.
I don't see why people are not reacting more. EVERY game you see a stack of IE or two per team . In team fight yes it's urf paced and abilities fly everywhere in 2/3 sec it's mostly done. But crit? it's more like 0.5 sec . I had 107 armor against no armor pen and i took 1800 in two auto so roughly one second from a Xayah so not obtimal Crit champ AND not obtimal item (full IE). Crit champ is literally so overpower that it's more avoid them or chain CC them despite the debuff. You CAN'T fight full CC on even ground no matter the circumstance. This is as cancer as if they had done a +25% CC duration.(even more so i would says)
AD has a HUGE advantage in URF. Riot never cares to address it because its URF. They dont see it as a real game mode when a HUGE number of players see it as the only fun game mode but really only for AD champs.
