was it a trial thing and now gone for good? is it just down for a while? is there going to be a non-ranked version if it comes back?

I'd like SOMETHING other than "insta-lock and fight" to learn new champs in a specific role.

The only thing I see there is that there were some problems in other regions, so they took it down on NA.....not helpful info there at all.
