Riot never really comments on detailed posts either. They comment on posts whenever they feel like.

Thresh has to take hook, once he is in he is in. Leona uses Zenith, once she is in she is in. Malphite uses ult, Vi uses R, etc etc.

Having an initiate and immediate retreat is a bad idea.3

his W is relatively slow, and with that logic, you can also flash away from thresh hook, leona zenith and the ults, i mean, i get your last point kinda, but his kit is all around mobility and dashing around the battlefield. I expected a toxic rant from the poster, but you gave me a little to think about, the other thing is tho, that his E is a relatively short range (unless your with bae xayah, man its huge with xayah).

The ult itself is fine, it's the RW combo that makes it braindead and strong. If he uses RW, you will always be hit by the charm, and then the knock up.

I don't support often, but do play Rakan mid often. I think he is a little easy and gets too much reward for the little risk he has. 3 Dashes is a little bit too much safety.
