so i made so many gameplays with full builds itemization on tanks in a testing account, and i realised that Zac is absolutely tankiest tank in league, he can be the first tanky for sure, I wonder who else can be tankier than full tank zac?

Chimpanturticorn1 votesA chogath with 20+ stacks, cinderhulk (for the bonus hp multiplier), and courage of the colossus (which gives percent health shield), is going to be tankier than full build zac. I think you're forgetting that chogath does not need items to have a lot of health, which gives cho a lot of room to build resistances. Give cho spirit visage and warmogs, and the health restoration problem is solved. In case you missed my point, I said cho has the potential to be tankier than zac.
