My internet is complete garbage. Its a 1 MB plan, and if anyone is on it while im playing League, I get a 120-230 ping (normally 64-120 by myself). I am not allowed to buy my own internet company here, so having an Offline mode where I can just play against bots would be great.

How would offline mode be implemented? :)

You download a separate League client that doesnt require a login, all champs and runes are unlocked.
