Jerry SeinfeId6 votesHonestly like as soon as you learn to farm a bit playing stoned isn't that bad. Hell if you're lucky you get into your zone and focus incredibly hard.
I find myself being able to play as normal most of the time, sometimes i get in my zone and start focusing on farm. and then i always think i'm not paying enough attention to the minimap so i start paying attention to that too. However you need to know your limit, when you pass that you start playing bot games (adc janna ftw).
I can't speak for being drunk tho.
Most of the time it's just dipshits trying to sound cool tho. There's no reason to announce in all chat about how "420 Blazed, xD" you are.

Neamean1 votesThe last time I play with drunk it was a bot game and he ask me who should he play, I said play Singed so he can run around in circle like a drunk. One of the funnest games I've played in co-op vs ai.
Keevalroy5 votesWith what League I played during S6 (let's be real, S6/7 League is only entertaining if you're intoxicated, oblivious, or new) I only played with friends in norms so that every member of the lobby knew what was happening and wasn't that negatively impacted. So if you want to drink or get high, do it in a full lobby with people you know; that's when it can actually be funny - especially if you're on voice coms listening to someone slurring incoherent nonsense calls as you laugh at them (I knew what I was saying damn it!)
What isn't funny is when you get drunk, queue with 4 strangers, and screw over their chances of winning just because you wanted to be an asshole. And it does make a difference if it's norms too - just because you're not graded doesn't mean you shouldn't try to win.

It makes them less tense and they make less mistakes. Drunk is a different beast, and the only things people I know do better while drunk are not appropriate to speak of.

it happended to me multiple times when i got in game i had like 400 ping but then i just make mobile hotspot on my phone and im good.

GoleBilon4 votesYea its actually possible but you need to expect to have shitty ping before the game. EUNE & EUW servers are located in frankfurt so i dunno why riot does not implement "check your ping " in their client it cant be so hard to do.
but even if they did it would not change the random ping spikes many people experience because they have shitty internet providers i live in capital of Poland like 4 min from midtown yet i experience internet problems quite often even though i but "biggest, best , most stable 120 mb/s lightning etc ".

But if I want to test my ping, then I have to go to a custom game and wait 5 minutes to see how it is. It would be great if League made a 'Check your ping' feature in the game so I didnt have to load up a custom game.

Angry Monster1 votesJust so you know, speed test is routing to a specific server and testing off that server. The path choose probably has 0 relation to the server riot uses for hosting games.
In other words speedtest.net is only usefuly for checking if your ISP/home equipment is having a problem or not.
The only way to test to riot's servers is to ping or tracert the IP address of riot servers (not riot games 2 different locations).

fatherdarius1 votesI enjoy league, and I enjoy alcohol. And I enjoy mixing them. Like Winston Churchill said, I've taken more out of alcohol (and league) than alcohol (and league) have taken out of me.
One or two drinks can be very relaxing, and what it will cost you in reaction time might be made up in anxiety reduction. It's the same reason most of the guys I go bowling with tend to bowl better after a couple of beers.
There's a difference between having a couple of drinks and playing while drunk/hammered/smashed.

double standards are funny.
that's why when someone admits they are drunk or high or otherwise intoxicated i report them for griefing and intentional feeding. doesnt matter if they go 22/0/50. telling the team that you're drunk or high just ruins morale and makes the game all that more frustrating for the rest of the team. intentionally playing while drunk is playing with the knowledge that you're not going to do your best. you might as well have just told your team you're going to feed.
i dont think players should be banned for that behavior, but definitely placed in a low priority queue for the night until they've sobered up.
