I dont have a problem playing a different role (even though id prefer to play top), but the main problem is, is that autofilled players dont know what theyre doing and it costs just about every game.

A team that gets an autofilled support/ad vs an enemy team that gets a adc/support main = enemy team wins most of the time.

The autofilled players dont know what theyre doing and we all know theyre not gonna take their time to learn the role. Yes, I get it, Autofill is to cut down on wait times. But id rather wait my 8 minutes for a queue where everyone knows their role, rather than getting queued up, looking at 2-3 people wanting to swap roles with others, then in game the enemy team has no autofills while we have 1/2/3. Its just a waste of time to even play the game when the autofilled bot laners are 2/14 at the 10 minute mark.

Almost all games plat+ are determined by who got autofilled. It sucks.

Honestly as a gold, queue times wouldnt even be that bad for me without autofill. I dont know how it is in Challenger, but maybe just keep autofill for masters/Challenger players beens they probably know how to play every role fine.

Its funny because I just had that situation. The Jungler wanted to mid, the mid wanted to top, and the top wanted to adc. Idk what autofill is doing lol. Maybe they should limit 1 autofill player on a team instead of having stuff like this.

That's what I've been saying this whole fucking time. I was d2 70 lp, now I'm d3 10 lp. I got SWARMED with autofilled players. I'm even a fucking support main, but idiots still managed to get autofilled from jungle one tricks to bot lane, or bot lane mains to top and it's a sure loss. You can't carry them because essentially it's a 4v5. I was so sad one time I even got a challenger on my team and he got autofilled jungle and he lost us the game by bad engages. I just wanted to rip my fucking hair out.

8 minutes? When I would queue for silver V before autofill it took about 12-16 minutes.

Even in plat/low diamond, people don't understand how to play support, arguably the second-easiest role in the game.

Here's an idea.... learn to play at least 2 champions in all roles.

I like the AF. However, knowing this I can play all 5 roles, but nowhere near at the same level as my primary (support) I played a lot of Support and ADC so I can switch when it's an option. I don't think removing AF will negate the issue.
