mobility + damage, hes braindeadly safe because of his ult , so yea he can carry.

He does, it's high enough to be used in high elo but he has a low skillfloor.

Wow, that's good to hear, I was hesitant to pick him up because I thought I would be trash. Can you pull off cool sh!t with him once your good? Kind of like Riven / Yasuo

kinda i guess you could do cool stuff with your ult and also the movements you can do once you throw your Q out, but doesnt look nearly as "cool sh!t" as yasuo or Riven though, thats difficult to beat.

On a scale of 1v2 to 1v9, how much outplay can you do reliably?

all depends on your ability with the champ obviously but really he has everything he needs to carry,

3 - stacking damage passive, look familiar? Vayne a slow on his Q to really make engages that werent in his favor last longer until he pokes the enemies down a long ranged Q to do ^ shield and AOE stun on his W Two forms of mobility on his E braindead press R and live button His kit is honestly just overloaded.

His passive has a CD though unlike Vayne and Gnar His CD is somewhat slow and easily dodged, but during lane can be a good zone tool. His W is telegraphed and conditional, meaning he won't always at least get the stun part of it. Again his two forms of mobility are conditional on whether he's going in or running away. His ult although sometimes is easy to misplace is also telegraphed but does give him the ability to easily dive on and burst someone down and ult back to safety.

If he can't kill you with his EEQAA(Passive) and maybe a protobelt he prolly won't kill you unless you just can't do anything back till his next round of spells. Hitting his W does make life easier.

His kit is situational overloaded. On paper sure but in practice on and against can be heavily dodged out.

A lot of champions are overloaded these days.

Ekko is probably the best assassin in terms of carrying potential due to his roaming prowess.

His laning phase really means jack fucking shit if you get harassed or behind, because 2 doran rings means spamming waveclear and keeping your wave even.

Like I said his roam potential is quite insane, and his mid game is very very good when ahead.

He can carry by going bot or top and oneshotting the enemy, thus getting your own lanes ahead.

He can carry a teamfight if he gets a good ult off. If it was just a bad fight for the enemy, but Ekko did most of the damage, you probably still would've won that fight so I can't really call that an Ekko 'carry'.
