Some of us only push as far as we need to get decent rewards. This season that means gold in both solo queue and flex for the end of season bonus.
Next season could benefit from some incentivization towards pushing into ranks with elo decay. Thoughts?

I'm not gonna stress over these shitty metas. Season 3, 4 and early season 5 I was pretty motivated. This game is casual now. Almost half of my games involve me just AFK farming side lanes or jungler past 15 minutes because the leads you accrue early are so ridiculous that your team can effectively 4 v 5 the game. I literally just hope that the enemy can come back a bit so that the game isn't a complete stomp.
And if the game hasn't been decided by the first 10 minutes it will be decided by 20 because one lost team fight than means all the objectives due to the death timers.

It's best to keep the hardcore players away from the casual.. by putting in rewards at gold or any rank even, it causes a huge skillgap in matchmaking because you'll get that random dude in your game just doing placements to get the gold reward
