Nasus with Infernal is insane.
Counter picked and cant stack? Doesn't matter, all the damage you lose you get back anyways! (assuming your jungler isn't bad ofc)

Unless you're building a decent chunk of damage on Nasus for some reason, then no, Infernal Drake won't make up for not stacking. Not even close.

What the fuck is Infernal and what does it have to do with Nasus?
Infernal gives AD and AP, two stats Nasus COULDNT CARE LESS about. He wants cdr > resistances > sheen proc > health
Nasus doesn't build a significant amount of AD or AP.
Nasus typically builds full tank with a Sheen item (Trinity Force or Iceborn Gauntlet) and perhaps Sterak's Gage.
