Why does Snow Day Syndra have Iceballs instead of poros?

Skin advantage. If she threw poro's then the enemy team would willingly walk into her abilities and she'd thus reach permaban status.

Because it would be sad to see poros slowly grow old and die, eventually popping out of existence.

Way less sad to watch snowballs melt.
