Deleting "X" champion is not a good argument. Ever.

As a joke? Sure, funny.

But I honestly don't think anyone would actually be serious. Rework, I could understand. Take Riven, for example. I like her lore, her appearance, the idea of her kit being a swordmaster with a broken sword that can repair it with ki that she utilizes briefly.

I don't like her kit. I don't see why it can't use energy (since ki), and I don't like her Q's small mobility (when Riven players use Q as well as E to escape, you know there's a problem with it).

But I would never truly want Riven to be deleted.

You should use the phrase "sion them" Basically change every part of their kit except maybe the passive on a single ability

"Delete X champ" isn't a good argument, but it's not necessarily a bad conclusion, unless you don't count reworking a champ so hard almost nothing remains as deleting them (IE: Old Sion basically got deleted with how new Sion has almost an entirely new kit), which some champs desparately need COUGHCOUGH

I disagree. there are some champions that the game would just be flat-out better off without. What I'm talking about are champions that aren't balanced, never have been balanced, and have been being messed with for a REALLY long time. I.E.:

Don't get me wrong, I love Kassadin's lore, his identity, his playstyle... when I'm playing him. But he has always, always been either completely overpowered or completely useless. Champions like this have an identity that is simply not balanceable. In kassadin's case, his ult mobility is "iconic", so they can't take that away, and he's an assassin, which is "core to his identity," so they can't take that away. But you can't have an assassin that does any damage at all with the kind of mobility that he comes with. And if an assassin doesn't have any damage, it's useless.

It's a great argument now since it seems to be working

People say the delete thing because Riot refuses to balance problem champions. All champions should be viable in the majority of games.
