hes a lane bully, when i play against him i always usually win in the long run. he might win lane but as long as i didn't give a single kill he becomes a harmless kitten come mid to late game.
your right, hes not fun to play against, but overall hes been nerfed to obscurity, he is no longer a issue in the eyes of most people.

Urgot is really the one that males me wanna rip my eyes out. SO UGLY!
i wouldn't say he's unfun, just boring. he's hard to kill, but he doesn't have much kill potential himself. as long as you outfarm him you'll far more useful in teamfights.
The Donger actually needs buffs if anything.
I would rather play vs and know that when the laning phase is over I will most likely start to get strong than him rather than play vs 
and just watch as the light at the end of the tunnel gets smaller and smaller.
