Karma Bug fix?
Umm can any rioter pls clarify exactly what this bug fix is changing.... it can be interpreted as a nerf... the wording is very unclear but oh god pls don't be a nerf to her RE

Her Mantra boosted E, instead of simply applying shields with a flat amount, is supposed to damage enemies in the area and the shields would gain power based on how much damage it did. What it was doing incorrectly was just placing a regular E shield on everyone.
Idk how large you can get the Mantra-E shield, but I'm pretty sure it's a lot smaller than the normal one, so ya it's a nerf in that case.
