Enough of this stupid sh¡t -- I want to play Gangplank

Either (1) admit that the real reason he is disabled is because of bugs with his barrels allowing certain ally exploits or (2) re-enable him for ranked queue.

GP is an important pick for my playstyle against certain top laners or comps, and I don't feel comfortable queueing for ranked without having him available, especially for a reason as inane and stupid as the drivel which passes for "lore" in this game.
